Mister “P” Express, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Allan Parnell, who leads his company by these words, “I give you my personal guarantee that we will do everything in our power to provide you with the excellent service that you deserve.” Allan’s transportation career began in sales which led him to the presidency of two truck-lines after which he launched his own, Mister “P” Express, Inc. “Bunny” Parnell has 30 years experience in the transportation industry with a background in business. Bunny holds the position of Vice Chairman, working in all aspects of the business. Allan and Bunny are graduates of General Electric’s 3-year management program. 

Cindy Collier began her career in the trucking industry in 1987 in Sales. In 1999 Cindy became President of Mister "P" Express, Inc.

While Cindy's responsibilities encompass all that transpires within the company, she always makes her customers the priority. Cindy’s background includes sales, marketing, training and District Manager in the Retail Industry. Cindy holds a B.S. degree from Campbellsville University, an Associate degree from Lindsey Wilson University and additional graduate studies at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
